Itinerary Details

After reaching Delhi, start your drive to Chandigarh, from where the 9 Nau Devi darshan tour starts. First, visit Mata Mansa Devi Temple, dedicated to Maa Mansa, highly revered by the devotees. People from far and near visit the temple to seek the blessings of Maa Mansa. Leave for Chandigarh after Darshan. On reaching Chandigarh, check in at the hotel. Go sightseeing at the attractions of Chandigarh. Visit the famous Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, and Tower of Shadows. Enjoy a comfortable stay at the hotel.

On this day, begin your road trip to Naina Devi Temple in the morning. The beautiful shrine of the Goddess is perched atop a hill. Thus, you can either start climbing the stairs or delight in a ropeway ride to reach the temple. Revered as one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, the holy site is believed to be the place where the eyes of Sati fell. Next on the line is Chintpurni Temple, a highly revered shrine. Also known as Chinnmastika Shaktipeeth, the sanctum sanctorum enshrines Mata Chintpurni, who takes away all the stress and worries of the devotees. Ask for a wish with a pure heart, and it will be granted soon. After paying homage, head towards Sheetla Devi Temple. The holy abode of Goddess Sheetla, the shrine, remains filled with tourists throughout the year. Then, return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Stay overnight at the hotel in Jwala Ji.

On day 3 of your Nau Devi Darshan tour, leave for a temple tour. First, seek blessings at Mata Jwala Ji Temple, a revered temple dedicated to Goddess Jwala Mukhi. The temple has nine permanent flames that have been named after goddesses- Mahakali, Annapurna, Chandi, Hinglaj, Bindhya Basni, Maha Lakshmi, Saraswati, Ambika, and Anji Devi. Post Darshan, visit Maa Baglamukhi Temple and take Maa Bhagula's blessings, known to be the source of every knowledge of the universe. Then, visit Brajeshwari Devi Temple (Kangra Devi Temple), where Maa Kangra is worshiped in the form of a 'Pindi'. Later we will proceed for about 25 Kms to reach Chamunda Devi for night stay at hotel.

After having breakfast, leave the hotel in Chamunda. Start your drive for Darshan at Chamunda Devi Mandir in the morning. One of the seven mother goddesses, Chamunda Devi, is also known as Chamundi. Devotees from all over visit the temple to seek the blessings of Maa Chamunda. On reaching Dharamshala visit Kunal-Pathri Mandir. This temple is where the forehead of Sati fell, hence it is also called Kapaaleshwari temple. There is a small rock (saucer or forehead shaped), on which there is always water, since time immemorial. It never dries, though it is used by the priest for goddess. When it is about to dry, there is rainfall and the rock fills up with water, through a small opening in the roof. Upon your arrival in Dharamshala, you will check in at the hotel and later go sightseeing around Dharamshala in the afternoon. Visit attractions like the Dalai Lama Monastery, Dal Lake and Bhagsu Nag Temple. Get back to the hotel by evening and stay overnight at the hotel in Dharamshala.

Leave for Katra via Jammu this morning. On arriving in Katra, check in at the hotel. Spend the day the way you like. You can go to explore the local market of Katra. Overnight stay at Katra.

On day 6th, go for Darshan at Mata Vaishno Devi. Early in the morning, start trekking to the Vaishno Devi Shrine. One of the holiest shrines in India, Vaishno Devi Temple, is Maa Vaishno Devi's abode, also known as Mata Rani. Maa Vaishno is considered a manifestation of the Mother Goddess. People from all over the world visit the temple to seek the blessings of Maa Vaishno. People believe that no prayer goes unanswered from the temple of Maa Vaishno. Trek back to Katra after Darshan at the temple. On reaching, get back to the hotel and stay overnight.

Start driving to Amritsar and, enroute, visit the Raghunath Temple in Jammu. A popular attraction of Jammu. Raghunath Temple has been dedicated to Lord Rama who is one of the primary Hindu deities. The temple was constructed by Maharaja Gulab Singh who was the founder of kingdom of Jammu & Kashmir and the work on the temple began in 1835 A.D. After his death the work was completed by Maharaja Gulab Singh’s son, Maharaja Ranbir Singh. Later proceed to Amritsar and in evening go to Durgyana Temple, dedicated to goddess Durga, this temple is popularly known as Sita Mandir. Built in the middle of a lake, its architectural style is similar to the iconic Golden Temple, go back to the hotel and stay overnight at Amritsar hotel.

Day begins by visiting, Jallianwala Bagh, Late afternoon proceed Wagah border (subject to operation) to experience the Indo-Pakistan parade and lowering of the flag ceremony. and the divine Golden Temple (Harmandar Sahib). Later visit the Hall Bazar for shopping. Overnight in Amritsar.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Delhi. Drop at Delhi railway station/ Airport
